The man of your dreams could slip a three-carat diamond solitaire on your finger and your first thought would be, "Does this make my finger look fat?"
While that may be a laughably absurd example to some, to others it's not so far-fetched -- especially when it seems that things like flab, fat and the number on the bathroom scale are always top-of-mind. If that sounds like you, even remotely, you may be unhealthily weight obsessed.
While it's a serious and common problem, women who suffer from this preoccupation can get past it with the right help.
